CRM QA Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM QA Specialist to test and validate all CRM activities across our online casino platform.

If you understand how bonuses, campaigns, player journeys, and gamification features actually work, not just how they look, and you can catch issues before they reach production, this role is for you.

You will have a direct impact on the live player experience, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test bonuses end-to-end, including triggers, calculations, wagering requirements, limits, and expiry.
• Validate CRM flows, including triggers, timing, segmentation, conditions, and logic.
• QA CRM campaigns, including targeting, visibility, redirects, and bonus crediting.
• Test loyalty systems, including points, tiers, progression, and rewards.
• Validate gamification features such as missions, progress, store items, rewards, and other player engagement mechanics.
• Test email, SMS, push, inbox, and other CRM communications for correct delivery, targeting, personalization, and content.
• Validate promotions displayed on the website, including banners, promotional pages, visibility, and targeting.
• Check promotional content, including texts, T&Cs, bonus details, and overall accuracy.
• Ensure consistency between CRM configurations and website content.
• Verify links, redirects, landing pages, and tracking.
• Test localization, including languages, currencies, and market-specific content.
• Confirm campaigns and promotions are shown to the correct players and segments.
• Identify, document, and report issues clearly, including steps to reproduce and expected results.
• Perform regression testing after fixes and changes.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of QA experience in iGaming and/or CRM is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of bonuses, wagering requirements, segmentation, player journeys, and campaign logic.
• Experience testing CRM campaigns and player-facing promotions.
• Experience with QA and task management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day work and QA processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with online casino CRM platforms.
• Experience testing loyalty and gamification systems.
• Understanding of casino player lifecycle, retention, and reactivation flows.
• Experience working with multiple markets, currencies, and languages.
