A key part of your role will be defining how AI agents support production operations, from incident triage and investigation to controlled remediation, with clear permissions, approval workflows and human accountability.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInfrastructure Architecture & Reliability\nOwn the design and evolution of our AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes environments and Terraform infrastructure as code.\nDesign environments for individual markets and licences, ensuring appropriate isolation, resilience and regulatory alignment.\nDefine service-level objectives (SLOs), monitoring standards and reliability improvements.\nOwn incident management, escalation procedures, on-call practices and post-incident reviews.\nAgentic SRE & Operational Automation\nBuild the agentic SRE operating model, defining what agents can triage, investigate and remediate autonomously, and when human approval is required.\nOwn the infrastructure Model Context Protocol (MCP) layer, including tool access, permissions, guardrails and audit trails.\nEstablish agents as first responders within defined boundaries, with people accountable for critical decisions.\nEquip Production Operations with agent tooling that reduces manual monitoring and repetitive operational work.\nValidate agent actions and improve automation through production feedback, measurable outcomes and safe rollback mechanisms.\nSecurity, Compliance & Cost Management:\nEmbed security and least-privilege access into infrastructure and agent workflows.\nDefine controls that limit the impact of automated actions, including approval gates, execution boundaries and traceability.\nSupport compliance requirements, licence audits and infrastructure security reviews.\nOwn cloud cost visibility and optimisation, including LLM usage and token spend.\nTeam Leadership:\nLead, mentor and develop two DevOps engineers.\nSet technical priorities, engineering standards and delivery expectations.\nPartner with Engineering, Production Operations and Security to balance delivery speed, reliability and compliance.\nMust-Have Experience:\n6+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.\nStrong hands-on experience operating AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform at scale.\nProven ownership of production reliability, incident management and on-call processes.\nDemonstrated experience running agentic operations in production, such as MCP servers, AI-driven incident triage or automated remediation.\nAbility to design guardrails for AI agents in regulated environments, including approval workflows, audit trails and controls that limit the scope and impact of agent actions.\nExperience leading engineers while remaining actively involved in architecture and implementation.\nNice to Have:\nExperience in iGaming or other regulated environments, including ISO 27001 and licence audits.\nExperience building an internal AI operations platform or Slack-based ChatOps with agents.\nFamiliarity with evaluation frameworks and observability for LLM agents.\nExperience with OpenTelemetry.\nBy joining us, you can expect:\nA unique opportunity to build a career in a global, fast-growing company.\nAn attractive remuneration package, based on qualifications and experience.\nContinuous learning and development opportunities.\nCompany-wide events and team activities, fostering a fun and supportive work environment.\nWolt monthly allowance.\nSnack Heaven!
