A key part of the role is using automation and AI to expand testing coverage, reduce repetitive work and meet short deadlines.\nThe role focuses on operational readiness, business rules, system configurations and player outcomes. You will work alongside dedicated R&D QA teams responsible for software engineering quality and technical release testing.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTest player journeys end-to-end, from registration and verification to deposits, gameplay and withdrawals.\nValidate bonuses, CRM campaigns, segmentation, loyalty and gamification features.\nCheck player communications, promotional content and T&Cs across brands, markets, languages and currencies.\nVerify operational rules, account restrictions, player balances and transaction accuracy across back-office systems and reports.\nBuild and maintain automated tests using Playwright/TypeScript or similar tools.\nUse AI tools and agents to improve testing efficiency, independently verifying their outputs.\nDocument defects, coordinate investigations and retest fixes with CRM, Payments/Risk, Support, BI, Product and R&D QA.\nReport launch readiness, blockers and risks; perform regression and post-launch checks.\nRequired Experience:\n3+ years of hands-on casino QA experience - mandatory.\nStrong knowledge of player journeys, bonuses, wagering, CRM logic and payment flows.\nExperience validating business rules and configurations across multiple systems.\nHands-on automation experience with Playwright/TypeScript or comparable tools, plus working knowledge of Git.\nPractical experience using AI tools or agents in QA - mandatory.\nFamiliarity with Jira, TestRail or similar tools.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with Smartico or similar casino CRM platforms.\nExperience testing loyalty, gamification and new brand launches.\nExperience across multiple brands, markets, currencies and languages.\nAPI testing, basic SQL and validation against BI/Finance reports.\nBy joining us, you can expect:\nA unique opportunity to build a career in a global, fast-growing company.\nAn attractive remuneration package, based on qualifications and experience.\nContinuous learning and development opportunities.\nCompany-wide events and team activities, fostering a fun and supportive work environment.\nWolt monthly allowance.\nSnack Heaven!
