You will ensure that the team delivers high-quality software while continuously improving testing processes, automation, and overall QA practices.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership\nLead and coordinate a team of QA Engineers.\nDistribute QA tasks and ensure appropriate testing coverage across projects.\nMentor and support team members in their technical and professional development.\nEstablish a collaborative and ownership-driven team culture.\nIdentify skill gaps and help define individual development plans.\nQA & Testing\nPlan and coordinate testing activities for new features, releases, and integrations.\nReview test plans, test cases, and test scenarios created by the team.\nEnsure appropriate coverage for functional, regression, integration, exploratory, API, and end-to-end testing.\nParticipate in testing of critical and complex functionality.\nInvestigate complex defects and help the team identify root causes.\nEnsure defects are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and verified.\nMonitor overall product quality and communicate risks to stakeholders.\nRelease Management\nCoordinate QA activities during release cycles.\nEnsure the team is prepared for upcoming releases.\nTrack testing progress and communicate status, risks, and blockers.\nParticipate in release readiness discussions.\nSupport production releases and post-release verification.\nParticipate in root-cause analysis of production incidents and help define preventive actions.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with team and other departments.\nParticipate in refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release meetings.\nEnsure requirements are clear and testable before development starts.\nChallenge unclear or risky requirements when necessary.\nHelp the team maintain a strong focus on quality throughout the SDLC.\nRequirements:\n5-6+ years of experience in QA, with previous experience as a Senior QA, QA Lead, or Team Lead.\nExperience leading or mentoring QA Engineers.\nStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.\nStrong experience with web and API testing.\nGood understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.\nExperience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, Xray, or similar.\nExperience working with CI/CD environments.\nUnderstanding of test automation and automation frameworks.\nExperience with SQL and database validation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nTechnical Skills:\nExperience with some of the following technologies and tools:\nREST API / Postman.\nSQL.\nGit.\nJira / Confluence.\nSelenium / Playwright / Cypress.\nKafka or other messaging systems.\nBy joining us, you can expect:\nA unique opportunity to build a career in a global, fast-growing company.\nAn attractive remuneration package, based on qualifications and experience.\nContinuous learning and development opportunities.\nCompany-wide events and team activities, fostering a fun and supportive work environment.\nWolt monthly allowance.\nSnack Heaven!
