This role suits someone who understands the iGaming industry, can independently manage multiple hiring processes, and cares about delivering a positive candidate experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing through interviews, offers, and hiring.\nRecruit across operational, commercial, and technical functions, including Marketing, CRM, Customer Support, Compliance, Product, and Technology.\nPartner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, agree on selection criteria, and keep hiring processes moving.\nProactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, direct outreach, industry networks, referrals, and relevant job platforms.\nConduct structured screening interviews to assess experience, motivation, and suitability for the role.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring positions and future hiring needs.\nCoordinate interviews, gather timely feedback, and keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.\nSupport offer discussions and negotiations, maintaining clear communication through to the candidate’s start date.\nKeep the ATS accurate and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline activity, delays, and risks.\nMonitor recruitment metrics, including time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance, and suggest practical improvements.\nCoordinate with external recruitment partners when required and support selected HR projects as needed.\nRequirements:\n3+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience, with solid recruitment experience within online gambling / iGaming.\nProven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.\nExperience recruiting across several business functions and adapting your approach to different roles.\nStrong direct sourcing and headhunting skills, including engaging passive candidates.\nA good understanding of the iGaming talent market, common roles, and candidate expectations.\nConfidence working with hiring managers, providing market insights, and setting realistic expectations.\nStrong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.\nHands-on experience with an ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and other recruitment and AI tools.\nExcellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling candidate information.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nNice to Have:\nAn established network within the iGaming industry.\nExperience recruiting in Cyprus and other international iGaming hubs.\nExposure to employer branding, referral programmes, or recruitment process improvements.\nBy joining us, you can expect:\nA unique opportunity to build a career in a global, fast-growing company.\nAn attractive remuneration package, based on qualifications and experience.\nContinuous learning and development opportunities.\nCompany-wide events and team activities, fostering a fun and supportive work environment.\nWolt monthly allowance.\nSnack Heaven!
