design experience.\nGood understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and reliability.\nExperience building and scaling APIs and production systems.\nStrong automated testing and code review practices.\nExperience owning technical deliveries or leading engineering initiatives.\nStrong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.\nB2B SaaS / product-company experience preferred.\nNice to Have:\nRuby on Rails experience.\nTechnical mentoring experience.\nCI/CD and infrastructure exposure.\nAI-assisted development experience.\nMulti-tenant SaaS
