This role will report directly to the Global Director of Crypto Operations.\nThings You Get To Do:\nPrimary responsibility for the daily monitoring and surveillance of all customer activity\nPrimary responsibility for daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management functions; Cryptocurrency trading executions and exceptions (errors, corrections, etc.)\nAssist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval\nReview of general ledger accounts, identify and reconcile account discrepancies\n\nSupport the Anti-Money Laundering Program and investigations that result from suspected suspicious activity \nProactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies and tools \nClearly communicate with internal and external partners in an effective, tactical, and insightful manner\nAd hoc duties and projects as assigned \nGlobal remote location, core time around 9am to 5pm PT (working hours: 8 hours per day, holidays follow the US market holidays) \nWho You Are (Must-Haves):\nExcited about what Alpaca is building!!\n3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading or cryptocurrency operations role\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nFamiliarity with cryptocurrency, or strong desire to learn\nWork effectively and supportively within a team environment as well as work
