In this role, you will define and ship product initiatives that deepen developer and trader engagement, expand the partner ecosystem, and grow trading volume and revenue, while closely collaborating with engineering, design, data, marketing, partnerships, operations, and other cross-functional teams across Alpaca.\nYour Responsibilities:\nShape the Alpaca Connect / Marketplace roadmap: self-service partner onboarding and approval, app discovery and distribution, OAuth / consent experiences, and platform utilities that help partners get found, adopted, and scaled\nHelp drive Trading API product strategy by deeply understanding customer and partner needs and behaviors, analyzing ROI, assessing market competition, and evaluating build-vs-buy opportunities\nDefine and own product requirements, partnering with engineering, design, operations, data, partnerships, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time\nOwn product metrics by leveraging data analytics to measure success, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement\nGuide go-to-market strategy and execution, partnering with marketing, sales, partnerships, and operations to drive product adoption, activation, retention, and revenue growth\nDrive Trading API growth- acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization -
