This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Alpha Bank Group’s governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks internationally.\nAs part of our mandate, Internal Audit provides independent, objective assurance and advisory services designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. We adopt a consistent, risk-based, and systematic audit approach aligned with regulatory expectations, the legal framework, and industry best practices.\nWhat you will be doing\nIn this role, you will engage frequently with ΙΤ, Cyber Security, Digital Banking, Data Governance business and functional units across the Bank and the wider International Group, providing valuable insights and challenging the effectiveness of respective ICT and operational risk management processes.\nWe are looking for a candidate with a solid ICT technical background and internal audit experience combined with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset. A demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex processes and contribute effectively to team and organizational objectives is essential.\nK ey Areas of Responsibility\nAssess the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT processes followed at Group level.\nEvaluate the design and operational effectiveness of information systems and applications.\nReview, evaluate and test application controls.\nComplete audit working papers by documenting audit tests and findings.\nProvide recommendations on identified issues.\nKeep abreast of the new audit developments and apply international practices and standards (IIA, ISACA - CoBIT, ITIL etc.).\nWhat you need to have\nA Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or in another quantitative field of study (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics or any other related discipline).\nUp to seven (7) years of professional experience in one of the following fields:\nNetwork/System/Database/Development/Application Administration;\nIT Security;\nICT Audit\nKnowledge of banking environment will be considered a plus.\nA professional qualification, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or any other related audit/technical designation, will be considered an asset.\nCommunication, report writing and presentation skills.\nExcellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).\nWhat we offer\nIt’s all about our people.
