You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient application solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross functional IT teams and stakeholders to define architecture, guide development teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.\nWhat you will be doing\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.\nDefine and design comprehensive application architectures considering scalability, security, and performance.\nCreate detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and design documentation.\nDesign end-to-end solutions that address complex business challenges and align with industry best practices.\nUnderstand the business and application requirements and define the solution requirements, ensuring they are consistent with the Bank’s IT strategy and practices.\nLead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on architecture and best practices.\nParticipate in Architecture Chapter and conduct architecture reviews and ensure the implementation adheres to the proposed design.\nCooperate with the delivery teams in the implementation of the designed solution.\nProvide guidance and support to resolve complex technical issues and system failures if they occur.\nAssist in projects estimation and planning, providing technical input and helping the team set realistic goals and timelines.\nEvaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms to support the solution.\nWhat you need to have\nA Βachelor’s degree in computer science or in any other related field of study.\nA Μaster’s degree in computer science will be considered an asset.\nProven experience as Solutions Architect in complex, enterprise-level environments.\nProficiency in various programming languages and technologies. Experience with .NET and .NET technologies will be considered a strong asset.\nStrong experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using modern architectural patterns and best practices.\nDeep knowledge of SOA, Microservices Architecture and Design, REST Services development.\nExperience with API Management platforms, API Gateway design patterns, and integration and event-streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka).\nExperience with containerization and cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.\nExperience with cloud-based, CI/CD or DevOps development environment.\nStrong development background building integration and application utilizing a variety of technologies, development tools and database systems.\nExperience or good knowledge of IT security.\nExperience or good knowledge of Agentic AI, AI-assisted workflows and enterprise AI integration patterns will be considered a plus.\nWhat we offer\nIt’s all about our people.
