We hope you will join us and help shape the next chapter of our growth journey.\nRole Responsibilities:\nWork, often with alongside a team, on client projects\nActively participate in project and client meetings\nProduce materials for business engagement meetings (e.g. PowerPoint decks)\nSupport with creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes\nOwn key items for project delivery - including possible ownership of deliverables or work streams within a project\nTrack and monitor key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies\nUnderstand Alpha FMC and its services and actively assess ways to serve clients\nStay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business\nRemain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge\nSupport with the development of one or two internal business management areas\nRole Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):\nAt least 2-3 years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm\nAn understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market\nFirst-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills\nStakeholder management and influencing skills - with both clients and colleagues\nDemonstrable proficiency in relationship development.
