We are seeking a seasoned practitioner with deep expertise in client reporting, combined with the gravitas and vision to lead large-scale programs and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to our most complex global clients.\nEnterprise Architect: As a recognized authority in client reporting, you will set the strategic direction for complex, enterprise-scale programs and act as the senior point of accountability for architecture and delivery excellence. You will shape and challenge client thinking at the executive level, driving adoption of transformative solutions across data, technology, and operating models. In your role as a Client Reporting Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for the following:\nServe as the senior architecture authority across large-scale client reporting programs, setting the strategic direction for end-to-end delivery including analysis & design, requirements governance, system configuration/integration, QA validation, and knowledge transfer. \nAdvise clients on industry best practices as it pertains to client reporting, implementation considerations, data management, and change management.\nOwn the enterprise architecture vision for cloud-based data platforms, end-to-end data pipelines, and system integrations underpinning client reporting solutions, ensuring alignment to clients’ long-term technology strategy\nLead program planning at a senior level, defining scope, resourcing models, and detailed statements of work for complex multi-workstream implementations, and advising clients on program structuring and risk mitigation.\nEstablish and chair program governance forums, providing executive-level reporting to client stakeholders and Alpha leadership on program health, risks, dependencies, and financials. Act as the primary point of escalation for delivery issues across programs.\nBuild, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and consultants; foster a high-performance culture and contribute to talent development and career progression within ATC’s client reporting practice.\nEstablish, champion, and continuously evolve best practice technical methodologies across client reporting programs, spanning SDLC, data architecture, data migration strategies, and integration patterns, influencing clients and internal teams to drive adoption of industry-leading approaches.\nDrive the development and commercialization of ATC’s client reporting practice, including internal accelerators, reusable frameworks, and go-to-market propositions, contributing to thought leadership and business development with prospective clients.\nWillingness to travel when required\nRole Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications)\nGeneral skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Management Information Systems, or related field or commensurate level of experience.\n10+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields.\nProven expertise in managing the full implementation lifecycle of client reporting or data transformation projects\nDemonstrated track record of leading and delivering enterprise-scale client reporting or data transformation programs, from strategy and architecture through to full implementation, with accountability for program outcomes\nExperience with one or more in the following technical area(s) specific to the investment management industry:\nRelational data platforms (Snowflake, Data Bricks, SQL Server, Oracle) and data modelling\nData engineering with ETL/ELT and data integration tools\nData architecture\nExperience with one or more of the following Programming Language(s): \nSQL, XML, C#, .NET, Assembly\nAdvanced knowledge in designing scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.\nExperience with data lifecycle management, data governance, and quality frameworks.\nOutstanding demonstrated verbal and written communication.\nExcellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.\nPreferred skills:\nStrong proficiency with one or more client reporting and BI platform(s)\nClient Reporting: Seismic, Kurtosys, SimCorp Coric, FactSet Vermilion, Assette\nBI Solutions: PowerBI, Tableau, SSRS, Sigma\nSubstantial experience in a senior consulting or professional services leadership role, with a proven ability to originate, structure, and grow client engagements.\nExperience in SDLC (Agile / Waterfall) within the SCRUM framework, CI/CD or other methodologies.\nStrong experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab) and collaborative development workflows.\nExperience with Investment Management Systems and financial instruments.\nExperience with the functional work areas of investment organizations (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office).\nExperience with asset and wealth management reporting components (Factsheets, Holdings, Performance, Characteristics, Disclosures, Commentaries, etc.)\nEntrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify market opportunities, contribute to business development, and help shape ATC’s client reporting proposition in a fast-growing global market.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe anticipated base salary for this role varies based on geographic location and is structured across three compensation zones. These zones reflect local market conditions and cost of labor. Geographic placement is determined by the employee’s primary work location.\nZone A | $196,000 - $239,400\nApplies to candidates working in designated high-cost metropolitan areas, including: Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Boston, MA; New York City, NY; and Washington, DC, as well as remote roles based in Massachusetts or the New York Tri-State Area.\nZone B | $178,000 - $216,600\nApplies to candidates working in key metropolitan markets, including: Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Charlotte, NC; Denver, CO; and Philadelphia, PA, as well as remote roles based in Texas, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, or Colorado.\nZone C | $168,500 - $207,100\nApplies to all other U.S. locations not listed above.\nFinal compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and work location.
