As we continue to expand our client base and expertise, we are looking for individuals to join our team to support our growth journey.\nYou will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for a range of issues facing insurance companies. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyze data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business challenge. You'll be playing a proactive supporting role in driving our programs forward and engaging directly with client stakeholders to solve their business challenges.\nPosition Responsibilities\nUnderstand complex insurance issues and their potential impact on the clients' business\n\nEngage with stakeholders to drive & lead execution against effective project plans, anticipate potential issues, and provide structured solutions to ensure a successful client engagement.\n\nLead a workstream or component of a project, taking responsibility for the creation of client deliverables by facilitating client interviews and workshops, performing analyses, synthesizing clear insights from complex information, and developing content that clearly articulates recommendations.\n\nDevelop meaningful and successful relationships with clients and vendors by understanding the different needs of stakeholders and establishing a high degree of credibility.\n\nSupport Alpha FMC's broader business evolution, including co-authoring whitepapers and performing market research to identify opportunities.\n\nContribute to the wider Alpha community by making innovative and proactive contributions to one or more business management or practice areas.\n\nMaintain a broad understanding of the challenges facing the Insurance Industry and knowledge of relevant issues and trends within one or more of Alpha's practice areas.\n\nCore Consulting Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.\n\nAt least 4 years of proven consulting experience at a recognized consulting firm or through an 'in-house' consulting / business analyst role at a leading financial institution.\n\nExperience within financial services, preferably within the insurance industry.\n\nExcellent consulting and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with recognized project and consulting frameworks and business process mapping.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner; executive presentation skills.\n\nProven track record of building and sustaining lasting relationships with team members.\n\nAppetite to support clients across our practice areas.
