report outcomes boards and program leaders can use\nConduct key-informant interviews, site visits, and structured document review as the design requires\nTranslate findings into actionable recommendations and clear limitations language\nSupport AlphaGov proposals with evaluation methods, roles, and past-performance narrative when naming is authorized\nCoordinate with workforce-evaluation and survey SMEs when scopes cross program types\nKeep engagement project-based and contingent on award / staffing need - not speculative bench staffing\nRequirements\nRequired\nSeven or more years program evaluation, applied social science, public policy, or outcomes research for government or public consulting\nDirect evaluation experience on state/local human services, behavioral health, justice, fatherhood/family, or related public programs\nAbility to produce logic models, evaluation frameworks, and performance measures\nStrong mixed-methods design, writing, and presentation skills for non-technical audiences\nComfortable as a project-based collaborator;
