This role oversees project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards.\nResponsibilities\nOversee commercial interior construction projects from contract award through execution, turnover, and final closeout.\nDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies to meet contractual requirements.\nReview construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work to establish project requirements and identify potential issues.\nCoordinate project activities with general contractors, clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.\nTrack project expenses, labor productivity, material costs, billing, change orders, and profitability to maintain financial performance.\nManage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and other project records.\nOversee material purchasing, delivery schedules, and procurement activities to ensure resources are available when needed.\nConduct jobsite visits to evaluate installation progress, workmanship, safety compliance, and field productivity.\nMonitor subcontractor and supplier performance, address coordination challenges, and resolve issues affecting project delivery.\nIdentify potential schedule delays, budget overruns, and construction risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.\nLead project meetings and provide timely updates to clients, general contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate with estimating and operations teams to ensure accurate project handoffs, including budgets, scopes, and contractual commitments.\nEvaluate scope revisions, identify change-order opportunities, and manage potential cost exposures.\nDirect punch-list completion, project turnover, warranty coordination, and final closeout documentation.\nRequirements\n3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction.\nRequired: Hands-on experience managing projects involving drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior finish systems.\nStrong understanding of commercial interior construction methods, installation sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost management.\nAbility to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.\nDemonstrated experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and multiple project stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, invoicing, billing, and project closeout procedures.\nKnowledge of labor productivity, material pricing, subcontractor performance, and project financial management.\nProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or comparable construction management tools.\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.\nWillingness to travel to project sites as required.\nValid driver's license.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
