The role involves building strong distributor relationships, expanding the partner network, executing sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of revenue, AUM, and profitability targets.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Channel & Distribution Sales Leadership\nOwn AUM, gross sales, net sales, and SIP targets for the zone\nDevelop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national business goals\nEnsure strong pipeline management and conversion discipline\n2. Distributor & Partner Relationship Management\nBuild long-term strategic relationships with top distributors and key accounts\nIdentify and onboard new high-potential distributors and IFAs\nDrive distributor engagement programs, training sessions, and product awareness initiatives\nAct as an escalation point for key partner issues\n3. Business Development & Market Expansion\nIdentify growth opportunities in underpenetrated cities and new investor segments.\nPromote SIP, long-term investing, and solution-based selling\nSupport the launch and promotion of new products and campaigns\nMonitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategy\nExperience:\n8-10 years of experience in mutual fund distribution.\nStrong focus on non-institutional/retail distribution (institutional business will be handled separately by leadership)\nExperience managing and training teams, particularly freshers/management trainees\nOpen to travel and managing larger territories\nDeep understanding of their respective regional markets\nWhy You Should Join Us\nGreat People.
