teams to track participant status and provide timely updates.\n\nMaintain accurate records of participant interactions, progress, and follow-up activities.\n\nBuild positive communication with participants and provide timely support to encourage continued engagement.\n\nPerform other ad hoc customer service and operational duties as assigned.\n\nTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:\nDiploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.\n\nPrevious experience in customer service, sales, communication, or a related role is an advantage.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with different individuals.\n\nHighly responsive and able to handle inbound inquiries in a timely manner.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.\n\nGood organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple participants and ongoing conversations.\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nComfortable communicating through messaging platforms such as Messenger, Telegram, and WhatsApp.\n\nPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to established
