contractual, statutory, HSE, and service quality requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the day-to-day technical and operational activities across the facility.\nEnsure effective operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, building fabric and other critical building systems.\nDevelop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.\nSupervise technical personnel, artisans, vendors and service contractors.\nMonitor equipment performance, breakdowns, maintenance schedules and service response times.\nEnsure effective use of CMMS/work-order management systems for maintenance planning and reporting.\nConduct regular facility inspections and identify technical defects, operational risks and improvement opportunities.\nCoordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities while minimising disruption to occupants and business operations.\nManage service providers and contractors, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, scope of work and quality standards.\nMonitor technical consumables, spare parts, tools and maintenance resources.\nReview technical quotations and provide recommendations on repairs, replacement and improvement works.\nSupport energy-efficiency initiatives and monitor utility consumption.\nEnsure compliance with statutory inspection, certification and regulatory requirements.\nParticipate in emergency preparedness, business continuity and incident response activities.\nPrepare technical and operational reports, including maintenance performance, breakdown analysis, energy consumption and facility condition reports.\nMonitor operational expenditure and contribute to effective cost management.\nEnsure compliance with HSE, QMS, company policies and client requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement in facility reliability, service quality and customer satisfaction.\n Key Performance Indicators\nPlanned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) compliance\nEquipment uptime/reliability\nBreakdown response and resolution time\nSLA compliance\nMaintenance cost efficiency\nEnergy/utilities consumption\nContractor performance\nHSE compliance\nClient/customer satisfaction\nAudit/QMS compliance\n Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.\nProfessional certification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related field is an advantage.\n7-9 years’ relevant experience, preferably in facilities management, commercial real estate, industrial, residential or mixed-use facilities.\nStrong knowledge of MEP systems, building operations and maintenance.\nExperience managing technical teams and contractors.\nWorking knowledge of CMMS and facility management
