This role focuses on maintaining, configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle ERP modules to ensure seamless daily operations across finance, procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing divisions. The Software engineer will work closely with business users to translate their needs into technical solutions and integrating technologies to optimize business processes and elevate enterprise systems.\nKey Responsibilities \nMaintain, monitor, and support the Oracle ERP system to ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations.\nProvide L1/L2 support for ERP-related issues: incident analysis, root cause identification, and timely resolution.\nWork closely with business users to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for ERP enhancements or new functionalities.\nConfigure and customize Oracle ERP modules according to business needs and best practices.\nDevelop and maintain reports, forms, interfaces, and extensions within the Oracle ERP ecosystem. \nCollaborate with other IT teams to integrate Oracle ERP with surrounding systems.\nAnalyze Java-based applications and contribute to web application development that integrates with or extends ERP functionality. \nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.\nParticipate in change management activities: impact assessment, testing, rollout planning, and post-implementation review.\nSupport system upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure the ERP landscape remains up-to-date and compliant.\nContinuously identify opportunities to optimize business processes and improve user experience within the ERP system\nPerform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company as and when required.\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience working with Oracle ERP (i.e.;
