Job Description:

You will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems is preferred.
