Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate problem resolution and improve service quality.
- Provide customers with detailed information on products, services, and policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
