GG Media is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our Birmingham team.
In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, provide accurate information, assist with inquiries, and help ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, personable, and comfortable communicating over the phone.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Assist customers with questions, requests, and general inquiries
Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow established communication and service procedures
Resolve routine concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
Escalate complex situations to the appropriate team when necessary
Meet individual and team performance expectations
