As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as an important point of contact for our clients, helping ensure that every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with care.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive support to clients.

• Assist with client onboarding, account information, and service-related needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve client concerns.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• Follow up with clients when necessary to ensure satisfaction and continuity of service.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities related to client service.
• Represent Dinamic AS Group with professionalism in every interaction.
