The role combines AI leadership, hands-on technical depth, software engineering delivery, client engagement, and people leadership.\nThe successful candidate will be a high-caliber, hands-on leader who can operate independently, make sound technical and delivery decisions, and grow into broader practice leadership. accountability for delivery results.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Strategy & Leadership\nDrive the AI delivery practice and engineering standards for the offshore team, executing the company AI roadmap\nIdentify new AI opportunities across services and industries.\nDefine AI offerings and go-to-market strategies.\nBuild AI best practices, standards, reusable frameworks, and engineering guardrails.\nAdvise leadership on emerging AI trends and business applications.\nTranslate AI strategy into executable plans, delivery priorities, and measurable outcomes.\nSoftware Engineering & Multi-Project Delivery\nLead multiple software development projects simultaneously from initiation through production release and stabilization.\nExperienced in end-to-end, specification-driven development with a hands-on approach to AI engineering and implementation.\nOwn delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, quality, technical risk, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.\nProvide technical direction across architecture, engineering practices, integrations, cloud services, APIs, data, DevOps, testing, and release management.\nEstablish delivery plans, estimates, milestones, teams to qualify opportunities, shape solutions, and set realistic delivery commitments.\nAI Solution Architecture & Delivery\nDesign and oversee production-grade solutions involving AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, chatbots, RAG, Document Intelligence, knowledge management, process automation, enterprise search, and AI-powered analytics.\nEnsure successful project delivery from discovery and architecture through development, deployment, adoption, and value realization.\nEnsure solutions meet applicable standards for security, performance, maintainability, reliability, responsible AI, and operational support.\nInternal AI Transformation\nPartner with operational leaders to identify automation opportunities and improve business productivity.\nBuild AI-enabled leadership, and growth potential.\nCreate a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n8+ years of overall software engineering or technology experience.\n5+ years leading software development teams and complex client-facing delivery.\nDemonstrated experience leading multiple software development projects simultaneously and delivering measurable results.\n3+ years of enterprise AI experience, including production deployment of AI-enabled solutions.\nStrong background in software architecture, technical consulting, or engineering leadership.\nExperience owning project estimates, plans, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and delivery outcomes.\nExperience participating in pre-sales, discovery, solutioning, proposals, and executive client conversations.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong software engineering foundation across architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data, DevOps, testing, and production support.\nHands-on experience with several of: Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, RAG architecture, AI Agents, prompt engineering, LangChain/Semantic Kernel, Vector databases, Machine learning concepts, Power Platform, and API integrations.\nAbility to review code, architecture, estimates, and technical delivery plans and to
