You’ll own campaign performance end to end: keyword strategy, bid management, ad copy testing, retargeting, and reporting. This role is a great fit for someone who’s comfortable digging into data one minute and writing sharp ad copy the next.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including search, shopping, and display.\nDesign and run retargeting campaigns that re-engage site visitors and move them further down the funnel.\nCreate and optimize display ad campaigns, including audience targeting, placements, and creative testing.\nConduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid strategy adjustments to hit CPA, ROAS, and volume targets.\nWrite, test, and refine ad copy and landing page recommendations to improve click-through and conversion rates.\nMonitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to budgets, bids, and targeting.\nBuild regular performance reports and translate results into clear recommendations for stakeholders.\nManage conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution setup in partnership with the analytics team.\nStay current on platform updates, auction dynamics, and industry best practices across Google and Microsoft ad networks.\nWhat we’re looking for\n4-5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with demonstrated expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).\nProven experience building and optimizing retargeting/remarketing campaigns.\nSolid understanding of display advertising, including the Google Display Network and audience-based targeting.\nStrong analytical skills and comfort working in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and PPC platform reporting tools.\nExperience managing budgets and optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, or other performance targets.\nClear written communication skills for ad copy, reporting, and stakeholder updates.\nGoogle Ads certification preferred.\nNice to have\nExperience with social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms).\nFamiliarity with A/B testing frameworks and landing page optimization.\nExperience with programmatic display or DSPs.\nBackground in B2B or SaaS
