The ideal candidate should be capable of independently leading QA activities, working directly with clients, and driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.\nThe candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, and/or Playwright, along with a strong understanding of CRM/ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and UiPath/RPA will be considered a plus.\nThe role also requires an innovation-oriented mindset, with the ability and willingness to leverage AI and modern automation techniques to improve QA efficiency, coverage, and quality.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead QA activities independently across projects with minimal supervision.\nDevelop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and risk-based testing approaches.\nPerform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.\nPerform comprehensive API and integration testing using tools such as Postman/Swagger.\nPlan and execute performance, load, and stress testing using tools such as JMeter, k6, or equivalent.\nTest complex CRM, ERP, and enterprise business processes and integrations.\nIdentify, document, prioritize, and track defects and contribute to root-cause analysis.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and follow modern QA engineering practices.\nWork closely with developers, BAs, PMs, product owners, and clients to identify and resolve quality risks.\nAct as the QA point of contact for assigned projects and provide clear status, risk, and quality reporting.\nMentor junior/mid-level QA engineers and contribute to improving team practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve testing through automation, AI, and emerging QA technologies.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n5-8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance/Testing.\nStrong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and industry best practices.\nSolid functional testing and business-process understanding.\nStrong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, and/or Playwright.\nMandatory experience in API testing and performance testing.\nExperience testing CRM and ERP applications.\nGood programming/scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD, and defect/test management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication and client-facing skills.\nAbility to take ownership and lead QA activities with little or no supervision.\nAbility to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.\nStrong interest in AI-assisted testing, automation, and continuous improvement.\nWhat We
