We start with Benelux and DACH.\nOur new SaaS solution: Collectmaxx Collie\nCollectmaxx Collie is a Software-as-a-Service platform built for companies that invoice consumers directly: utilities, insurers, subscription businesses, and service providers. It automates the full invoice reminder and early collection workflow, combining multiple outreach channels with intelligent AI-driven communication flows, before overdue invoices become a collection problem.\nKey capabilities:\nMulti-channel outreach: email, SMS, AI Voice calls, and video reminders, fully automated\nAI-generated communication flows: smart sequences that adapt tone, timing, and channel based on consumer behavior\nInstallment plans: built-in, configurable payment arrangements to recover more without escalating to collections\nEU-wide payment links: Paylink support covering local payment methods across EU markets\nWhite-label ready: businesses deploy under their own brand, preserving customer relationships\nSelf-service portal & dashboard: consumers manage their own invoices; clients get full visibility on performance\nCollie is priced as a subscription with no large upfront commitments, purpose-built for SMEs and mid-market companies ready to move to a SaaS model.\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll be doing\nBuild traction for Collie: decide the channel mix, build the funnel, grow signups, activation and paying customers in the Benelux market\n\nCreate the content that drives it: landing pages, comparison pages, customer stories, email sequences and founder-led LinkedIn copy, in Dutch and English. You write it and you publish it\n\nBuild conversion assets: the cost-of-chasing calculator, the instant personalized demo and the pricing page, with design and dev support\n\nRun paid acquisition on a small budget (Google Ads, LinkedIn) with a tight feedback loop, measured on cost per qualified conversation\n\nPartnership marketing: co-market with the ecosystems our customers already use, starting with Mollie and accountancy firms, and extending to bookkeeping and ERP integrations as we add them\n\nKeep the Webflow site current and converting yourself: pages, metadata, structured data, internal linking. No dev handover\n\nDirect our external SEO/GEO agency and implement their recommendations in Webflow\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nSeveral years of hands-on B2B SaaS or fintech marketing, with real Benelux experience\n\nProven demand generation: you have built an inbound funnel from scratch, not just run campaigns inside someone else's\n\nAI first mindset: you use AI daily for research, drafting, analysis and content production, and you know where it gets things wrong\n\nBusiness-fluent Dutch and English, to a standard where your copy goes live without a rewrite. German is a plus\n\nConfident working directly in Webflow: you implement changes yourself\n\nWorking knowledge of SEO and GEO, enough to brief and direct an agency\n\nSelf-starter, comfortable as the only marketer in the room\n\nStart date: as soon as possible\nCommitment: 1-3 days per week, flexible based on deliverables\nLocation: Rotterdam, hybrid\nTo apply\nSend your CV plus two or three examples of work where you can show the number: pipeline, signups, conversion rate, cost per qualified lead, whatever you moved.
