90% of the team is Ukrainian, and daily communication happens in Ukrainian.\n\nAbout the Product\n\nYou will work on a large, mature ERP system that:\n\nHas been developed and evolved over many years\n\nContains complex business logic, data flows, and integrations\n\nIs mission-critical for daily operations\n\nIs planned for gradual migration from Delphi to modern .NET (C#) architecture\n\nThis is not a greenfield project -
