and client relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage commercial interior construction projects from mobilization and installation through client turnover and final closeout.\nDevelop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, staffing plans, and execution strategies.\nReview drawings, contracts, specifications, and trade scopes to verify project requirements and identify potential conflicts.\nCoordinate superintendents, foremen, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, and clients to support efficient project execution.\nMonitor job costs, labor productivity, billing, financial forecasts, and change orders to maintain project profitability.\nManage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, payment applications, change documentation, and project records.\nOversee purchasing, equipment requirements, supplier coordination, and material deliveries to support field operations.\nEvaluate workforce productivity and resource requirements to maintain project schedules and cost targets.\nConduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.\nLead project meetings and communicate schedule updates, financial performance, risks, and outstanding decisions to stakeholders.\nResolve scope discrepancies, material delays, budget variances, and scheduling conflicts through timely corrective action.\nEvaluate additional work, prepare change-order proposals, and track the financial impact of project revisions.\nEnsure field teams have current drawings, specifications, materials, and technical information needed to complete the work.\nCoordinate with estimating and operations teams to align awarded budgets, contractual scope, and construction plans.\nManage subcontractor and supplier performance against quality standards, schedules, and contractual requirements.\nOversee punch-list completion, warranty coordination, client handover, and final project documentation.\nMaintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, trade partners, suppliers, and internal teams.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial interior construction.\nDirect experience managing commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, flooring, or related interior finish projects is required.\nStrong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, installation sequencing, and field operations.\nProven ability to lead projects from mobilization through completion.\nExperience managing budgets, cost forecasts, procurement, billing, labor productivity, change orders, and financial controls.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and construction schedules.\nExperience coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, and clients.\nStrong understanding of project profitability, cost management, and financial reporting.\nAbility to identify scope gaps, budget risks, schedule concerns, and opportunities for additional work.\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively.\nFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or comparable construction management software
