You will help agencies design, stand up, and operate EV rebate, voucher, and infrastructure incentive programs, including NEVI and CFI compliance and applicant support.\nWe confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign or improve EV rebate, voucher, and charger incentive program rules, workflows, and eligibility checks\nBuild application intake, review, award, and payment tracking processes staff can run day to day\nAdvise on NEVI, CFI, VW, IRA, and state clean-fleet or EVSE program compliance and reporting\nDraft applicant guidance, FAQs, scoring rubrics, and monitoring checklists\nSupport outreach to fleets, municipalities, dealers, and charging providers participating in the program\nProduce dashboards and reports that show applications, awards, spend, and outcomes\nContribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming\nApply to be considered.\nRequirements\nRequired\nDemonstrated experience administering public incentive, rebate, grant, or voucher programs\nWorking knowledge of clean-transportation or energy program compliance, eligibility, and reporting\nAbility to write program procedures and applicant guidance a public agency can adopt\nComfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant, remote-first with occasional client travel\nNice to have\nDirect experience with NEVI, CFI, VW mitigation trust, IRA, or state EV/EVSE rebate programs\nExperience with fleet or freight electrification concierge, technical assistance, or applicant support\nFamiliarity with grants management systems, CRM, or payment tracking used by state or local
