We will ask before naming you or including your resume in any proposal.\nWhat you'll do\nServe as principal investigator or co-PI on education data systems research proposals\nDesign studies using state longitudinal data systems (SLDS) and linked K-12, postsecondary, and workforce records\nPartner with state education agencies on data access, data-sharing agreements, and research use of data\nLead analysis, data security, privacy (FERPA), and human-subjects (IRB) protections\nWrite research narratives, methods, and dissemination plans\nContribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming\nApply to be considered.\nRequirements\nRequired\nTrack record leading education research using administrative or longitudinal education data\nExperience working with state education agencies or state longitudinal data systems\nStrong quantitative skills (e.g., Stata, R, SAS, or Python) and causal or descriptive methods\nKnowledge of FERPA, data-sharing agreements, and IRB processes\nComfortable as a project-based contract collaborator;
