We will ask before naming you or including your resume in any proposal.\nWhat you'll do\nDirect a regional small-business technical assistance center's outreach, training, and counseling\nHelp small and disadvantaged businesses prepare for transportation contracting and certification\nBuild partnerships with transportation agencies, prime contractors, and business associations\nPlan and run business-development events, workshops, and matchmaking sessions\nTrack and report client outcomes, contract awards, and program metrics\nContribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming\nApply to be considered.\nRequirements\nRequired\nExperience leading small-business development, procurement technical assistance, or DBE/supplier-diversity programs\nKnowledge of public-sector or transportation procurement processes\nOutreach and partnership-building experience with agencies and prime contractors\nProgram management and outcomes-reporting experience\nComfortable as a project-based contract collaborator;
