We will ask before naming you or including your resume in any proposal.\nWhat you'll do\nLead technical assistance plans for grantees administering federal housing and community development programs\nRun capacity assessments of local governments and community organizations\nDeliver trainings, toolkits, and one-on-one coaching\nAdvise on program design, compliance, financial management, and budgeting\nCoordinate subject-matter consultants and track TA results\nContribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming\nApply to be considered.\nRequirements\nRequired\nExperience delivering technical assistance or program administration for CDBG, HOME, or similar housing and community development programs\nKnowledge of local-government finance, budgeting, and grant compliance\nStrong training and facilitation skills\nExperience working with cities, counties, or nonprofit grantees\nComfortable as a project-based contract collaborator;
