Public-sector experience is preferred but not required.\nPotential Responsibilities\nDepending on the engagement, you may:\nManage compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, and job classification projects.\nDevelop project plans, coordinate contributors, and track milestones and deliverables.\nOrganize data collection, salary surveys, stakeholder interviews, and document reviews.\nCoordinate compensation analysts, HR specialists, and senior advisors.\nReview findings for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.\nHelp develop salary structures, compensation recommendations, and implementation plans.\nPrepare client updates, reports, and presentations.\nTrack project budgets, risks, and outstanding decisions.\nSupport proposal development with project planning and relevant technical input.\nRequirements\nExperience managing projects or programs involving compensation, total rewards, benefits, HR, or workforce planning.\nAbility to coordinate multiple contributors and maintain clear accountability.\nFamiliarity with compensation practices, salary benchmarking, or job evaluation.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to translate project findings into clear recommendations and deliverables.\nApplicants do not need to have held a formal program manager title.
