AlphaHire is a United States recruiting agency focused on the construction and skilled-trades labour market, placing superintendents, project managers, estimators and engineers with contractors nationwide. It works for commercial, residential and industrial builders in metros from Boston and Memphis to Houston, Naples and Nashville, running searches on behalf of client firms rather than employing the placed staff itself. The agency also publishes labour-market analysis through its Workforce Intelligence Lab, which tracks compensation trends, contractor growth and workforce scarcity across the construction industry.

  • Experience preparing individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
  • Trust, estate, and fiduciary tax experience highly preferred.
  • Interest in expanding beyond compliance into tax planning, estate planning, retirement planning, and wealth management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong client-service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during peak tax season.
  • Ability to work on-site in Oradell, NJ.

Benefits
