The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, developing business opportunities, supporting proposals and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct continuous market research to pinpoint upcoming commercial and residential real estate projects, corporate relocations, and new business leads.\nPitch Alpha Mead’s comprehensive hard and soft facility management solutions to corporate executives, developers, and property asset managers.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.\nDevelop and deliver business proposals, presentations, quotations, and other relevant sales materials.\nParticipate in client meetings, negotiations, and business pitches to secure new contracts.\nFollow up on leads, proposals, and business opportunities to drive conversion.\nCollaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that meet clients’ real estate and facility management needs.\nSteer commercial deal negotiations, finalize service level agreements (SLAs), and secure profitable, mutually beneficial contracts with incoming clients.\nMaintain accurate records of business development activities, leads, prospects, and client interactions.\nSupport the achievement of business development and revenue targets.\n Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management, or a related field.\n2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role within a real estate environment.\nPrevious experience working in the real estate industry is mandatory.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business development tools.\n Good understanding of the real estate, property management, and/or facility management sector.\nProven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.\nStrong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal
