payment reporting.\n Track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.\n Use project management tools (Smartsheet, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, AI-based programs) to monitor progress.\n Prioritize tasks across multiple therapeutic areas.\n Prepare and collect necessary documentation (COI, W-9, ACH forms, contracts).\n Share regular project status updates and reports with stakeholders.\n Keep organized, audit-ready documentation for all project activities.\n Support quarterly and annual closeout processes.\n Identify potential risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.\n Communicate scope changes and their impact to relevant parties.\n Assist with payment processing and uploads as needed.\n Provide general administrative support to project teams.\nRequired Soft Skills\n Strong organizational and communication skills.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a remote environment.\n Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.\n Flexibility: Extended hours may be required during critical project phases or tight deadlines.\nRequired Education and/or Experience:\n Experience with project
