The selected candidate will, at a minimum, fulfill the responsibilities below.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with other teams to review control data and identify improvements in the IT delivery process and controls.\nContribute to the creation of dashboards and reports demonstrating control adherence and opportunities for improvement.\nCollaborating with others to deliver complex projects which may involve multiple systems.\nRecommend technologies and tools that improve the efficiency, quality, and security of IT systems.\nAssist in conducting process gap analysis of controls to key regulations, mapping to industry standards and developing continuous compliance monitoring.\nEnsure system owners are compliant with renewals and contracting process.\nServe as liaison to IT, Finance, and Acquisition teams, ensuring that a strong relationship and smooth daily processes are maintained.\nDecompose and document large initiatives into smaller requirements. \nPresent documented requirements to stakeholders for feedback. \nSuggest product improvements or enhancements to increase end-user satisfaction. \nFacilitate and lead meetings with various internal and external stakeholders. \nManage SharePoint site to include technical capabilities in design and site architecture. \nManage Confluence Jira board for multiple teams. \nRequired Skills/Experience:\nUp to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.\nKnowledge of various agile business analysis techniques including interviewing, brainstorming, problem discovery, and MVP identification.\nExperience collaborating with stakeholders at varied levels.\nExperience in supporting business and project teams in translating complex business needs.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to ask probing questions to team members.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nExperience using Jira and Confluence.\nStrong analytical and data reporting skills.\nAble to succeed in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.\nComfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nTakes the initiative to research, learn and deliver; anticipates the play.\nKnowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or Software Engineering Life Cycle (SELC). \nKnowledge of Cloud Systems and Solutions\nAbility to independently manage SharePoint sites. \nFamiliarity with process automation tools and data pipelines.\nPreferred Education:\nBachelor’s degree in business or an IT related field, which can be substituted for technical certifications or relevant experience.\nDesired Certifications:\nCertified Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master\nAdvanced Certified Product Owner or Advanced Certified Scrum Master\nSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in an environment leveraging Agile.\nActive or recent previous DHS experience highly desired.\nProven track record of delivering solutions with a customer-first mindset.\nExpertise in supporting transformative initiatives across multiple teams.\nSalary and Benefit Information:\nThe likely salary range for this position is $96,000- $130,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
