The selected candidate will, at a minimum, fulfill the responsibilities below.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe Information Technology Project Manager (PM) will ensure continuity of operations with the Program Manager and/or Deputy Program Manager. \nThe PM will be primary point of contact for all IT Projects and will organize all tasks and work in order of priority with the government product owner.\nThe PM will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reporting on all tasks and is expected to utilize their required experience and skills to ensure compliance with HSI standards.\nWork with the Program Manager and/or Deputy Program Manager, Government PMs, and OCIO ITPMs to complete tasks.\nTake ownership of all IT related security and privacy documentation.\nWill be the primary POC for all IT related projects with government PMs.\nBecome knowledgeable of all systems to be able to better direct and coordinate all security and privacy issues that may arise.\nDocument and maintain records for new initiatives to include Artificial Intelligence working groups and new technology demonstrations.\nThe PM will also be assigned workload on an ad hoc basis.\nRequired Qualifications:\nRequired Experience/Skills:\n5+ Years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager.\nKnowledge of various agile business analysis techniques including interviewing, brainstorming, problem discovery, and MVP identification.\nExperience collaborating with stakeholders at varied levels.\nExperience in supporting business and project teams in translating complex business needs.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to ask probing questions to business team members.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.\nAbility to manage and lead meetings.\nExperience using JIRA and Confluence.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in an environment leveraging IT frameworks.\nActive or recent previous DHS experience HIGHLY desired.\nAt least 2 years of experience in Product or Project Management.\nProven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s degree in business or an IT related field, which can be substituted for technical certifications or relevant experience.\nSalary and Benefit Information:\nThe likely salary range for this position is $133,000 - $150,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
