Every super app needs a super platform underneath it. That is what we build.\nThe Role\nThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) owns the top of AlphaPoint's funnel. You'll research and prospect companies that need digital asset infrastructure, qualify them, and book well-briefed meetings for our Account Executives. Working closely with sales and marketing, you'll turn a target account list into a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.\nYou must already understand the market we operate in. You know the difference between an exchange, a broker, and a custodian; you can speak to why a bank or fintech would launch a digital asset product; and you can hold a credible first conversation with a Head of Digital Assets, CTO, or COO.\nWhat You'll Do\nOutbound prospecting.Build and work target account lists that match AlphaPoint's ideal customer profile. Run personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn sequences to engage decision-makers.\nLead qualification.Qualify inbound leads (web, events, partner referrals) and outbound responses against defined criteria: fit, need, timing, and buying authority.\nMeeting booking and handoff.Book qualified meetings for AEs and brief them on the account, contacts, pain points, and context before every call.\nNurture.Keep qualified-but-not-ready accounts warm with relevant follow-up until they are ready for a sales conversation.\nCampaign and event support.Drive registrations and follow-up for AlphaPoint events and marketing campaigns and report on results.\nCRM discipline.Log every activity in HubSpot, keep account and contact data clean, and report weekly on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline created.\nHit your numbers.Own monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated.\nMust-Haves\nDigital asset market knowledge.A working understanding of the crypto and digital asset ecosystem: exchanges, brokers, custodians, tokenization, stablecoins, and the banks and fintechs entering the space. You can explain who buys infrastructure like ours and why.\n1-3 years of outbound prospecting or SDR/BDR experiencein crypto, digital assets, fintech, or financial services, selling to enterprise buyers.\nStrong written and verbal communication.Clear, concise outreach that earns replies from senior executives.\nFamiliarity with enterprise sales cyclesand consultative selling; comfortable engaging C-level and senior management.\nProficiency with HubSpot(or a comparable CRM) and sales engagement tools; disciplined about pipeline hygiene.\nSelf-directed and resilient.Comfortable with high activity volume, rejection, and a fast-changing market.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience selling white-label, SaaS, or infrastructure products to financial institutions.\nExisting network in the digital asset or fintech space.\nExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.\nAdditional languages (Spanish) given our LatAm client base.\nHow Success Is Measured\nQualified meetings booked and held per month\nPipeline generated from SDR-sourced opportunities\nMeeting-to-opportunity conversion rate\nOutreach activity and response rates\nCRM accuracy and completeness\nWhy AlphaPoint\nYou will sell a proven product into a market that is moving from experimentation to production, alongside a team with deep payments, fintech, and crypto infrastructure experience.
