We’re an energetic team with a healthy obsession with accuracy and a love of stocks and technology.\nAbout the Role: \nAs an Associate, you will be supporting our public company financial model library by updating, building, and improving three-statement financial models, and developing knowledge and expertise to support our product evolution. You will be a part of a high-performing team, and have an immediate impact on our business by contributing to our product roadmap, and dazzling our customers.\nWhat You’ll Do: \nUpdate three-statement financial models for publicly traded companies’ earnings reports\nBuild and support the review of detailed three-statement financial models for publicly traded companies.\nContribute to sub-sector-specific and/or coverage wide model improvements.\nDevelop sector expertise to support the development of modeling standards, dashboards for comparative analysis, and new model features.\nDocument modeling best practices.\nSupport Analysts in providing exceptional client service to all users.\nConduct other ad-hoc general research and other company due diligence.\nParticipate in training new members of the Research Team.\nWho You Are:\n You bring 2+ years of experience in equity research or an adjacent discipline with a proven ability to build and improve three-statement financial models independently. You demonstrate initiative, sector expertise, and might be planning to pursue a CFA. You’re comfortable under pressure, excel in client service, and contribute proactively to process and product improvements.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAble to work in the PST timezone\n2+ years of experience in equity research, financial modeling, or accounting\nStrong financial modeling skills and sector understanding\nProgress towards CFA, CPA or MBA is preferred\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage deadlines and deliver accurate outputs\nLeadership traits and/or experience training or mentoring peers\nProven ability to support client service and contribute to team strategy\nFor base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
