(For example: public statements, crisis or incident response communications.)\nConducts research to inform content accuracy, messaging strategy and campaign development.\nCollaborates closely with the graphic designer and the compliance team to ensure messaging has met the bank’s brand standards and regulations.\nAssists the Incident Response Team.\nResponsible for enforcing brand guidelines and standards across departments and business lines to ensure consistency in communications and improve customer experience.\nEnsures promotional campaigns are aligned with public relations messaging and activities.\nCollaborates with the Marketing team, departments and regions in developing strategies, campaigns and promotions.\nPromotes Alpine Bank’s culture, values and services to customers, the public, business community, stockholders, and employees. \nRegular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this position.\nPerforms other duties as assigned. \nEmployees are held accountable for all duties of this job.\nJob Qualifications\nKnowledge, Skills, and Ability: \nAbility to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. \nAbility to work independently and with multiple departments. \nAbility to work closely and effectively with fellow members of the Enterprise Marketing Team. \nCommand the full range of the written word, from proofreading to copyediting to editing and writing.\nAbility to collect and research data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data.\nSkill in generating creative solutions.\nAbility to work well in group problem-solving situations.\nSkill in managing project team activities.\nAbility to share expertise with others.\nSkill in developing workable implementation plans.\nKnowledge of identifying the market and competition.\nSkill in developing and implementing cost saving measures.\nAbility to support the organization's goals and values.\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.\nEmbrace a philosophy of continuous improvement in skills, looking for educational opportunities to both add and update skills needed to perform job duties. \nEducation or Formal Training: \nA Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from four-year college in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar. \nPossession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Driver’s License is required.\nExperience: \nA minimum of three (3) years related experience, preferably in a banking or financial environment. \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Microsoft Word & Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Associated Press Style Guide, Internet software and Contact Management systems.\nAn equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis.\nWorking Conditions\nWorking Environment:\nThis job operates in a professional office environment. After successful training, the role allows for a hybrid schedule to include remote work and in-office. In-office attendance requires a minimum of three (3) days per week. This arrangement can be modified at any time, at management discretion. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and multifunction printers.
