We are looking for a highly skilled CAM Programmer to join our Programming team and play a key role in transforming complex designs into high-performance metallic components that help drive success on and off the track. Based within our CAM department, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where precision, quality and continuous improvement are paramount.\nThe Role\nReporting to the CAM Team Leader - Metallics, you will utilise CAM software to create safe, efficient and high-quality NC programs for the manufacture of metallic components. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing and management teams to ensure parts are produced to specification while maximising machine and tooling performance.\nKey responsibilities include:\nCreating and verifying NC programs using HyperMILL and Vericut software. \nReviewing technical drawings, models and manufacturing requirements. \nDeploying efficient machining strategies to maximise machine utilisation. \nSupport design for manufacture activities. \nEnsuring tooling libraries are effectively utilised. \nCapturing and reviewing feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives. \nCollaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate technical information. \nManaging workload through D365, Work To Lists and other company systems to meet critical deadlines. \nMaintaining a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance and quality standards. \nWhat We're Looking For\nTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:\nStrong experience programming CNC machines, including tooling, methodology, speeds and feeds. \nAn excellent engineering background with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T and technical specifications. \nExperience developing machining processes for complex metallic components. \nStrong PC literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing systems such as Dynamics 365. \nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nThe ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. \nA flexible, proactive approach and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. \nWhy join us?\nAt Alpine Formula 1 Team, you'll be part of an organisation where innovation, teamwork and excellence drive everything we do.
