In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and employees across the business, providing strategic and operational HR support that enables high performance, strong engagement, and sustainable growth.\nIf you're a trusted advisor, pragmatic problem solver, and experienced HR professional who enjoys building people processes in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nHow you will make an impact:\nPartner closely with managers and leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations\n\nAdvise employees and managers on HR policies, German labor law, and people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle\n\nSupport and coach leaders on team effectiveness, talent development, feedback, and performance conversations\n\nDrive key People initiatives and projects, including employee engagement, talent management, compensation reviews, and organizational changes\n\nAnalyze people data and trends, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions\n\nWhat you need to be successful:\nCompleted university studies in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field\n\nMinimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner role\n\nStrong expertise in German labor law and hands-on experience advising managers and employees on complex employee relations matters\n\nProven experience partnering with and coaching leaders across different organizational levels\n\nExperience managing disciplinary procedures, performance management processes, organizational change, and conflict resolution\n\nExperience designing and implementing Learning & Development and talent management initiatives\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills\n\nPragmatic, business-oriented, and solution-focused approach\n\nExperience in a fast-growing, dynamic, or technology-driven environment is a plus\n\nBusiness-fluent German and English is required\n\nAt Alpine Eagle, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
