Working as part of a highly skilled team, you will be responsible for building, inspecting and maintaining critical electronic assemblies to the highest standards, contributing directly to the performance and reliability of our race cars.\nElectronics Technician - RST - The Role\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Design, Production and Trackside teams to ensure components are delivered on time, faults are identified and resolved, and continuous improvements are implemented across our electronic assembly and testing processes. This position forms part of the Race Support Team and requires regular domestic and international travel throughout the Formula One season, including attendance at Race Support Team events and occasional support at Grand Prix events as required. Flexibility to travel at short notice is therefore essential.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Assemble and disassemble electronic components and assemblies for Formula One race cars to the highest quality standards.\n· Accurately complete build records and identify potential issues during the assembly process.\n· Support fault finding activities and contribute to reliability improvements through effective investigation and resolution of electronic issues.\n· Work collaboratively with Design and Engineering teams to improve assembly and testing methods.\n· Coordinate workloads and priorities with internal departments to meet operational requirements and build schedules.\n· Attend Race Support Team events throughout the season and provide support at Grand Prix events when required.
