This position will lead strategic initiatives within the Financial Regulations environment, driving improved understanding and application of Cost Cap regulations across the business.\nYou will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance while helping embed Cost Cap considerations into wider decision-making through effective partnering,trainingand insight.\nKey responsibilities\nLead strategic Cost Cap initiatives to improve reporting, forecasting and business insight\n\nAct as a subject matter expert on Financial Regulations and Cost Cap, translating complex requirements for non-finance stakeholders\n\nSupport evaluation and communication of new regulatory developments and their business impact\n\nPartner closely with FP&A, Business Partnering and Accounting teams to challenge budgets and forecasts\n\nAssistwith regulatory submissions, including coordination of supporting documentation and administration of reporting tools\n\nDeliver training and workshops to upskill teams and improve organisational understanding of Cost Cap\n\nBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and enhance financial performance\n\nContribute to ongoing compliance,auditand reporting activities\n\nWhatyou’llbring\nStrong technical finance background (ACCA/CIMA/AAT qualified or equivalent experience)\n\nExperience in financial accounting or a similar role preferred\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both financial and non-financial stakeholders\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\n\nExperience with financial systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI)\n\nHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\n\nPreviousexposure to Formula One Financial Regulations is desirable\n\nPersonal attributes\nProactive, detail-orientedand self-motivated\n\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills\n\nCollaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset\n\nCommitted to delivering high-quality outcomes\n\nWhy join us?\nYou’llbe part of a collaborative, high-performance Finance team with real exposure todecision-makingat the heart of the business.
