This role will undertake the assembly, servicing and testing of all hydraulics, heat rejection and low pressure fuel system components on car including; powertrain hydraulics, PAS, collectors, pumps, DRS and all other associated components from the car. The components will ultimately be delivered to our teams at the track.\nWe are looking for individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence - and ultimately a championship contending team.\nHydraulics Technician - The Role\nBased at our facility in Enstone, this role will be responsible for the delivery of reliable and on time hydraulic components through:\nAssembly, test and service of new and in-service hydraulic components to the highest standards, in accordance with specifications and meeting targets.\nAssembly, test and service of heat rejection components\nEnsuring compliance to ERP (Dynamics, Work-to-lists for example), stock management and factory systems for all work completed\nDelivery of hydraulics components to the highest standards throughout component life cycle, ensuring right-first-time, on-time delivery.\nClose relationships with the Design & Engineering department to continuously improve assembly procedures in line with company vision and objectives.\nWorking to the highest standards, including correct service and maintenance of existing equipment and rigs and ensuring a clean organised and safe environment.\nEnsuring reliable components are delivered to internal and external dyno rigs and supporting internal and external tests where necessary.\nEscalation of any issues that could impact quality, on time delivery etc.\nWorking effectively with all teams to ensure continuous team development and knowledge sharing.\nHydraulics Technician - The Person\nWe are looking for someone who has the following attributes:\nOwnership for their area of expertise and deliverables with a strong desire to work to the highest standards.\nBuilding relationships and communicating with stakeholders to ensure requirements and targets are met.\nFlexible with a strong desire to achieve deadlines and priorities, able to work under pressure\nCollaborative, Team Player with the ability to support team activities and priorities\nHighly self-motivated, prepared to undertake responsibilities with minimal supervision.\nFlexibility to attend races, tests or external events when required.\nIn terms of your technical skills, you will have:\nAdvanced knowledge of hydraulic systems build, service and repair and good understanding of the tests.\nA good understanding and appreciation of fuel and heat rejection components\nAdvanced knowledge of Health and Safety at Work regulations.\nGood understanding of assembly methodologies used in the industry.\nOur offer to you\nWhat we offer our employees for their commitment to the team is not only a very competitive salary, but also an excellent suite of benefits including BUPA medical and dental, private pension, bonus scheme and many more.
