You'll build strong, trusted relationships, lead the delivery of partnership rights and activations, and work closely with colleagues across the business to create memorable and impactful campaigns.\nThis is a fast-paced role requiring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering world-class partnership programmes.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Partner Manager, you will:\nBuild and maintain lasting relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact.\nEnsure contractual rights and benefits are delivered to the highest standard.\nDevelop creative partnership activations that enhance partner value and engagement.\nIdentify opportunities for growth, innovation, and increased commercial return.\nMonitor partnership performance through agreed KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights.\nWork collaboratively with Sales, Hospitality, Fan Engagement, Communications and Creative teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.\nManage partnership budgets effectively, ensuring strong return on investment.\nStay informed on motorsport, sponsorship and industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practice.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.\nYou'll ideally have:\nPrevious Partner Management experience within Formula 1 or another high-profile sports environment.\nExperience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering complex partnership programmes.\nStrong negotiation and commercial awareness skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.\nThe ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.\nExperience working with international brands and culturally diverse stakeholders.\nA genuine interest in Formula 1, engineering developments and regulatory changes.\nAdditional language skills (particularly French or Spanish) would be an advantage\nAbout You\nYou're a proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys finding creative solutions and bringing new ideas to life.
