This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a high-performance environment, delivering best-in-class sponsorship activation programmes while leading and developing talent within the Partnerships team.\nReporting to the Head of Partner Management, you will take ownership of key partner relationships, while providing senior oversight across a wider portfolio of commercial partners. You will ensure contractual commitments are delivered, objectives are exceeded, and long-term value is created for both partners and the business.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Senior Partner Manager, you will:\nProvide senior oversight and strategic direction across a wider partnership portfolio, supporting Partner Managers, driving consistency in delivery, and ensuring partner objectives are achieved.\nOwn and grow a portfolio of key commercial partnerships, delivering exceptional service and measurable value.\nBuild trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, identifying innovative opportunities that drive engagement, retention and growth.\nLead strategic planning, performance reviews and KPI reporting to maximise partnership success.\nCollaborate across Commercial, Marketing, Communications, Business Intelligence and Engineering teams to deliver world-class activations.\nChampion continuous improvement, enhancing sponsorship programmes, partner experiences and ways of working\nLeadership Responsibilities\nIn addition to managing key relationships, you will play an important leadership role within the Partnerships team by:\nProviding line management, coaching and mentoring to Partner Managers and/or Senior Executives.\nSetting clear objectives and supporting professional development.\nDelivering regular performance reviews and development discussions.\nSupporting onboarding and training of new team members.\nPromoting collaboration, knowledge sharing and high performance across the wider team.\nHelping to foster a positive, inclusive and supportive team culture.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience in sponsorship, partnerships or marketing activation, with a strong commercial mindset and track record of delivering results.\nExceptional stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships at all levels.\nExperience driving partner value through activation, performance measurement and data-led decision making.\nA collaborative leader who can coach others and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.\nFormula 1, motorsport or elite sports experience is highly desirable, alongside knowledge of technical partnerships and international markets.\nAbout You\nYou are a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on delivering exceptional partner experiences.
