As a fast-growing and internationally successful deep tech company, we specialise in aerospace engineering, defence systems, and machine learning - developing the world’s first swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system.\nModern conflicts have made one thing clear: drones are changing the face of warfare. From critical infrastructure to frontline defence, the threats are escalating and current solutions are falling behind: Our mission is to change that effectively.\nAlpine Eagle is more than a defence company - it's a call to action. With an international team of experts, a strong financial foundation, and a bold vision for the future, we’re looking for people who want to help shape the next generation of aerial security systems and build something that truly matters.\nHow you will make an impact:\nWe’re looking for an assertive and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept to delivery. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment - ensuring mission-critical solutions are executed with precision and speed.\nThis role demands a strong personality, a resilient mindset, and the ability to negotiate under pressure while keeping strategic objectives in focus. If you thrive in high-stakes environments and can balance structure with agility, you’ll feel at home here.\nLead end-to-end project management across cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, testing, and customer success).\nManage multiple defence-related programs, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and security requirements.\nServe as the primary point of contact for military and government clients as well as our product development teams - maintaining trust, accountability, and transparent communication.\nOversee project timelines, milestones, and budgets; anticipate risks and apply corrective actions early.\nDrive negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to secure optimal terms and maintain project momentum.\nPrepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.\nEnsure full adherence to defense standards, export control, and security protocols.\n What you need to be successful:\nProven track record (5+ years) in project management, ideally within the defence sector.\nSolid experience in claim management.\nExceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.\nA strategic thinker who maintains authority in negotiations.\nSolid understanding of technical program delivery.\nFluent in English and German.\nPMP or similar project management certification is a plus, but real-world experience in defence operations is valued most.\nAt Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a mission.\nWe are building a team of exceptional people who are mission-driven, working on breakthrough technology with real-world impact.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2940,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"German","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false},{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Air Defense","Defense Manufacturing"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-11T15:21:31Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":19,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.532,"p_room":0.36,"age_days":369,"expected_fill_days":224,"reasons":["conf:0","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-29T05:49:05Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/alpineeagle-project-manager-mfd","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/alpineeagle-project-manager-mfd.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-29T17:16:51Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":25858,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-30T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":669070},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=669070"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Falpineeagle-project-manager-mfd"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Falpineeagle-project-manager-mfd"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Falpineeagle-project-manager-mfd"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/alpineeagle-project-manager-mfd\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Falpineeagle-project-manager-mfd"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":749591}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"alpineeagle.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":749591},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people);
